2. Connect with mobile phone:
- Download APP: “Wearfit Pro” on the APP Store for iPhone, and download APP: “Wearfit Pro” on Google Play for Android phones.
- Turn on the Bluetooth of the watch and mobile phone.
- Click Add device in the APP settings to connect the watch to the APP.

1. The watch cannot be charged normally:

2. When receiving a call, the watch does not display the name of the caller:
- When Bluetooth is connected, the phone address book is not uploaded or there is no option to upload the address book all the time.
- Please disconnect Bluetooth and connect again, then upload the address book.
3. The sound quality of the call is not good:
- The distance between the smartwatch and the phone is too far, please keep the watch close to the phone.
- The location of the mobile phone has a bad network signal, please move to a place with a good network signal to make a call.
